Maya Bay
Anchor outside the protected bay and tender in at dawn or last light — the most cinematic limestone amphitheatre in Thailand.

The Phi Phi Islands sit at the heart of the southern Andaman — a six-island archipelago of vertical limestone, hidden lagoons and the most photographed beach in Asia.
A Phi Phi yacht charter aboard our 46-metre Astondoa transforms the islands from a day-trip checklist into an unhurried, private experience. We anchor overnight in the protected bays of Phi Phi Don, tender into Maya Bay at the quietest hours, and spend afternoons at Bamboo Island and Pileh Lagoon when the day fleet has returned to Phuket.
Pileh Lagoon — a saltwater bowl enclosed by 100-metre cliffs — is one of the most extraordinary swimming experiences in the Andaman, best entered by tender from a yacht moored just outside. Maya Bay, recently reopened under strict protection, is most magical at dawn or in the last light before sundown — moments only an overnight charter can deliver.
Beyond the postcard sites, Phi Phi offers world-class reef diving, lively cliff-side beach clubs at sunset, and quiet southern bays where the only sound is the rigging.
November to April for the calmest seas. The Phi Phi anchorages are exposed to south-westerly swell during the wet season; charter outside the green-season window. December–February delivers the clearest visibility for diving and the most predictable weather.
Anchor outside the protected bay and tender in at dawn or last light — the most cinematic limestone amphitheatre in Thailand.
A protected lagoon entered by tender — 100m vertical cliffs enclosing turquoise water, ideal for a private swim before the day boats arrive.
The sheltered overnight bays of the main island — calm holding, beach-front dining ashore, and a short tender to the village.
Morning departure, lunch en route, afternoon anchorage at Phi Phi Don, sunset at Loh Lana Bay with cocktails on deck.
Dawn tender into Maya Bay before the day boats, snorkel at Pileh Lagoon, lunch at anchor, afternoon dive at Bida Nok, sunset at Phi Phi Leh's eastern cliffs.
Private beach lunch at Bamboo Island, slow cruise back to Phuket, arrival at golden hour.
Phi Phi at dawn, from your own superyacht, is the antithesis of the day-trip experience — and one of the most cinematic mornings the Andaman offers.
